G&G Insurance “First Pitch” Giveaway – Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility
The G&G Insurance First Pitch Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of G&G Insurance and their respective parents, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win.
2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on March 3, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM CST on March 12, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
3. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter: Quote Entry: Visit ggfirstpitch.com and complete the request form for a no-obligation insurance quote. Completing a quote constitutes one (1) entry.
Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without requesting an insurance quote, hand-print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address, and age on a 3″ x 5″ card and mail it with proper postage to: G&G Insurance, Attn: First Pitch Giveaway,1554 N College Ave, Fayetteville, AR.
Limit: One (1) entry per person, regardless of the method of entry.
4. Grand Prize
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive: The opportunity to throw out the ceremonial First Pitch at the Arkansas Razorbacks baseball game on March 17, 2026, at Baum-Walker Stadium.
Four (4) tickets to the game on March 17, 2026.
Note: Prize does not include transportation, parking, or lodging. If the game is canceled or postponed due to weather, the First Pitch opportunity is subject to the University of Arkansas’s rescheduling policies and is not guaranteed by G&G Insurance.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about March 13, 2026 from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via the phone number or email address provided at the time of entry. If a winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, the winner grants G&G Insurance and the Chuck and Bo Show the right to use their name, likeness, and voice for advertising and promotional purposes in any media (including social media and radio) without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.
7. Release of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless G&G Insurance, The University of Arkansas, Razorback Athletics, and the Chuck and Bo Show from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or the prize won.
8. General Conditions
G&G Insurance reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the promotion. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
